&lt;em&gt;Executives believe that environmental responsibility programs have little effect in attracting and retaining employees.&lt;/em&gt;

In our employment environment I do think it’s a factor that new employees will look at.   I know it’s an issue with existing employees.   

Also, my concern with Government involvement will be that this will not keep the government at bay…. “best way to keep government regulators at bay is to do it yourself”, instead the government will simply change it’s focus from creating programs to determining which programs are in some way violating someone’s rights.   Not necessarily a bad things...just that they are not going away.</description>
